This large, full-color bookmark has the Approaching Differences diagram (sometimes called the Entry Posture Diagram) on one side and the Stages of Transition W-curve on the other. These could be useful for people going to another culture to study, doing short-term or long-term work, or for international students or immigrants arriving in the US. The Stages of Transition side of the bookmark is explained in on this page and in the Coming to America booklet. I LOVE the book mark - please never stop making it! :) However I do find the new gray text on white background a little hard to read compared to the old white-on-blue design.

I love the clear way the diagram of “Approaching Differences “ guides a person through cross cultural relationships. I am using these as a reminder for people who are hosting International students this fall. Thank you for this helpful tool. I first saw it when I went on a STIM trip and then I continued to use it while a missionary in Africa.
